Logistics

acquire the building permit;
assist with Homeowner
Association Approval; provide
scaled design drawings, provide
current copies of insurance and
licensing upon request.
Warranty
Beyond the products warranties;
Outdoor Escapes Inc. provides a
2-year workmanship
warranty and a 25-year
structural warranty on all of its projects
and woodwork above grade.
