Computer Drafted Design
One of our Design Consultants will meet with you at your place of residency. They will bring a complete portfolio, product samples, and literature to combine a wealth of knowledge as well as ideas.  Listening carefully to this couple we realized and had determined they were after a design that would need to be a “One Of A Kind”.  Creating this design we kept in mind our unique bending ability using our Engineer Heating System. This technique allows us to accomplish designs with curves that are unbelievably appealing and unique. This became the perfect outdoor living space for this family.     

Complete Building Plans
Construction drawings and the planning become a serious and extremely important element to accomplish the precise details both you and your design consultant created in the conceptual drawing above.  We employ a fulltime draftsman’s using Auto Cad software for drawing the details and listing all specifics Building Departments require for permitting. Load rating, spans, piers sizes, hardware connections, materials, and complete scope.  Our goal and object is to never have unnecessary delays from the Building Departments due to lack of information. Iron Deck Steel framing played the most important role in this design.  Iron Deck spans further than typical lumber and with it’s rigidity and strength we are able to accomplish cantilevers over 5’ to create to ultimate design.

The finished Project
The happiness, the enjoyment, the pride, and the smile on your face become our great reward.   This project looks exactly like the original concept created by you and our Designer.  With great interaction from the homeowner this deck over night became the neighborhood topic and envy.  Although we must walk away our support and warranties will remain for years to come.  Our business relationship with this Homeowner will remain as we both feel we had won the gold metal prize.  However, in this case the homeowner may relax on a deck chair rather then hang it on the wall.
